First Commercial Bank has launched the new Interactive Concierge Machines (ICMs – or fondly known to us as “Connie”), a cutting edge combination of enhanced technology and personalized one-on-one service. Our ICMs are currently in service at our locations in Jackson and Memphis.
Our Client Experience associates, Laura Slade and Jeremy Guyton, are the live Concierges who bring the personal touch to this very convenient technology via a two-way video system for individual assistance. Our ATM functions are available 24 hours a day and expanded capability teller concierge service hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
