Location: Ridgeland (MS) Office

Overview:
The Trust Operations Specialist (“TOS”) will primarily focus on administrative tasks pertaining to day-to-day administration of Trust Accounts. The TOS will also quarterback certain operational tasks such as communicating with our back-office group Revzon, learning and being the SME of our Trust Platform HWA, and spearheading our Trust tax tracking year-round. This position requires extreme attention to detail. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills and exceptional communication skills as they will work closely with advisors and business partners on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance, Investments, and Trust is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years job-related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills..
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of all necessary computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
