Location: Jackson-Metro area


  • Ensure the accurate and timely disclosure and documentation processing of any non-TRID consumer real estate loan applications and commercial loan requests to ensure exceptional client service, as well as overall regulatory and bank compliance requirements.
  • Interact and coordinate with the Bank’s Loan Officers (Managing Directors), Mortgage Loan Officers, Director of Consumer Credit, as well as other production staff for the delivery of all required loan documents related to the loan transaction
  • Ensure flood, HMDA – and any other compliance required procedures are completed
  • Prepare title & track collateral related to deeds of trust, UCC, stock, life insurance, assignment of rents, etc.
  • Fund loan by official checks or wire transfer requests
  • Prepare Letters of Credit
  • Process SBA Loan Transactions
  • Coordinate with attorney offices, as needed
  • Ensure completed loan package is sent to loan operations daily for loan scanning and loan review
  • Research loan payments / request assistance from loan operations, as needed
  • Floor Plan Tracking, as needed
  • Process Payoff requests, as needed
  • Work exceptions to clear any documentation exceptions
  • Assist Managing Directors on any upcoming loan renewals, maturities, etc
  • Ensure office and individual desk area remains clean and clutter-free.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years job-related experience.
  • Client service skills, including the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with clients and associates.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Understanding of federal bank regulations.
  • Knowledge of all necessary computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency to handle the activities and responsibilities of the job, and
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
