	John Blanton has previous experience as a credit analyst and business banker. Blanton will be underwriting and servicing commercial loan requests for First Commercial Bank.



	Angel has more than 25 years' experience in the banking industry, specializing in real estate/mortgage loan closing documentation. She also has previous law firm experience preparing and closing loans.

	Alan has over 20 years of diverse experience in the banking industry, including assignments and management positions in corporate lending, credit administration, cash management, international banking, funds management and mortgage banking.



	Sam has more than 26 years of banking experience with Jackson area banks including 17 years with Deposit Guaranty. His emphasis has been in middle market commercial and corporate lending in the Jackson metro area and throughout the state of Mississippi.



	Joe has over 25 years of lending experience. For eight years he served as a credit officer for Deposit Guaranty where he worked with the business and professional market segment and with the community bank division.



	Robert brings 13 years of banking experience to First Commercial, 10 of those as CFO with start-up banks. First Commercial is the third start-up bank with which Robert has been associated.



	Mark has 18 years experience in commercial banking, including 15 with Deposit Guaranty, both as a lender and department manager. Most of his experience has been with middle market commercial and corporate clients in the tri county metro area.



	Frances joined the banking industry in 1983 with Deposit Guaranty National Bank. Her last seven years there were spent in Real Estate Lending. She also spent three and a half years in the Private Banking sector with BancorpSouth.



	David has 23 years experience in banking with an emphasis in customer service and international banking.



	Becky comes to First Commercial Bank with 20 years experience in the banking industry. She has worked in many areas of banking including Credit Card Operations, Loan Review, Consumer Credit Scoring, Consumer Lending, and for ten years she managed the Commercial Loan Operations Department at Deposit Guaranty.



	Shirley comes to First Commercial with 24 years of experience in the banking industry with an emphasis in the area of Deposit Operations. At First Commercial, Shirley will be responsible for Proof Operations, Statement Processing, Item Processing, Research, Returns, Wholesale Lock Boxes, Mail-in Deposits, Telephone Transfers, Wire Transfers and Data Processing.



	Carolyn has over 23 years of banking experience with an emphasis in customer service and teller operations.



	Rhonda has been in the banking industry for 17 years. She worked at Deposit Guaranty in the areas of teller operations, customer service and as a lending assistant in the Business Banking Department. Most recently she has served as a loan specialist with Bancorp South.



	Georgia comes to First Commercial with 28 years of experience in the banking industry, as well as mortgage loan servicing. She has worked in several areas of banking and mortgage loan servicing, including Payment Processing, Accounting, Bankruptcy, ACH/Wire Transfers, and Proof Operations.



	Bo has more than 20 years of banking experience with Bank of America,Trustmark Bank and, most recently, Southtrust Bank where he served as CEO of central Mississippi operations. His background is particularly strong in corporate, industrial and commercial real estate lending. Bo is focused on developing new corporate account and private banking relationships for FCB.



	For 20 years Gusta worked as a Financial Institutions Account Manager for Ross & Yerger and as administrator for an insurance company. In addition, Gusta has prior experience in Correspondent Banking and as an Executive Assistant.



	Mary Beth Cantrell comes to First Commercial with over 15 years of combined managerial and customer service expertise in the insurance and hospitality industries.
